Tie Is Back On
Over the holidays, Tie Watch 2008-2009 has been slowed because Hamilton Central Schools basketball Coach Dave Rhyde has had no games at which to wear a tie.
The streak mercifully ended Friday when he wore atie supplied by Dana and Linda Chapman. The occasion: an outstanding 52-36 HCS win in the Morris Holiday Tournamewnt.
Rhyde said the holidays have also caused a backlog of cravats. Seven are waiting to be worn and seven donations made to Coaches vs. Cancer.
