Coach Dave Rhyde showed the fans at the Emerald Knights’ game at Waterville Tuesday that he ppreciates fine design. The tie he wore as the outcome of a project by design students at Rochester Institute of Technology in 1969. It was contributed to his Coaches Vs. Cancer fundraising effort by the management and staff of Radio Free Hamilton. The amount raised to date, according to Dave’s wife Debbie, is more than $500 and on its way to $600.
